Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not available once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Will the flowers look exactly like the pictures?
We aim to make every arrangement as close as possible to the product images. However, slight variations in flowers, wrapping, or packaging may occur depending on seasonal availability.
